This beautiful architectural building is the tallest skyscraper in Raleigh, NC. It touches the sky at 538 feet! When I assisted an investor in the purchase of two condo units in the residential section of the building in 2010, it was known as the RBC Plaza.
It has awesome views of the beautiful downtown Raleigh landscape. PNC purchased the building in 2012 and has put their name and logo on it. More trivia…it is the tallest tower between Philadelphia, PA and Charlotte, NC.
The PNC Plaza is at the corner of Fayetteville Street, Wilmington Street and Martin Street. Lots of shops, restaurants, the courthouse, art museums and the farmers market are all within walking distance! One of my favorites is the Artspace just down the street. Here you will meet local artists in their respective shops creating with all mediums. You may enjoy the art, get inspired and even purchase your favorite photographs, oil painting, woodwork, sculpture, and more for your home!
